WHAT KIND OF LOVE IS THAT
Amazing how something sublime as love has nowadays become something temporary. A high percentage of failed marriages revealed that their type of love doesn’t last.
That’s right, there are two kinds of “love”, and unfortunately, most people only know one type, the temporary one. It is very similar with the real one but it’s not the same.
This kind of love makes you feel good but not all the time. It takes you to the moon but also to the bottom of the pit. You have it for your own benefit so everything must be according to what you want it to be, this love is super selfish, prideful, arrogant and vengeful. He loves to play the victim and always has an excuse for his mistakes. This fake love hurts, it does no good for you and leaves you wanting more. It diminishes you as a person and as time passes, the more you are devalued by it… but because it is highly emotional, it emotionally draws you in.
The difference between this love and true love is clear but people do not like to compare them – they prefer to assume that real love does not exist.
They see the Love School couple and believe we’re pretending. And really, love that is artificial blinds people. After all, if you identify this fake love that you know, it’s obvious you will contradict anyone who says they are happy in their love life – because love that is fake does not bring happiness or depth, it only gives a temporary happiness that starts off well and continues badly and ends in disaster.
If you want to know true love, what we preach and live, you have to know the Author first. Remember? The One who revealed the following:
“Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing. Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails…” 1 Corinthians 13:1-8
Why don’t you try to find out if what I’m saying is true…?
